Hair: A lot of us are in the habit of straightening and curling our hair, but don’t really consider what it does to the health of our hair. Doing this frequently burns and damages our hair. A quick and safe fix is soaking your hair in almond oil. After doing some research I discovered that putting almond oil in your hair restores the lost minerals in your hair to keep it strong and shiny. The way you use this technique is to wash your hair before and after you have the oil in. Leave the oil soaked in your hair for about 30 minutes and then wash it out. You’ll immediately feel the difference in the texture of your hair. If you like what it does to your hair, then you should use this secret about once or twice a week.

Skin: Simply washing your face before and after you go to sleep will help keep skin clean. Another simple, but overlooked issue is watching what you eat. You may think that the cheeseburger you ate last night won’t have an effect on you because you didn’t wake up with any blemishes. But the truth is that the pores in your skin store some of the toxins that create blemishes. They’re stored for about a week or two then surprise you when you least expect it.
